Instructions: SOP(s) for RE-MIDTERM Exams SPRING 2023 Semester
That all the students are liable for the availability of Internet and computing facilities at their own.
Time allowed to complete the paper is 01 Hour (03:00 pm to 04:00 pm) with following division for conduct and submission via CMS Portal available at www.comwave.edu.pk:-
a) 03:00 pm to 04:00 pm – any query regarding paper will be entertained.
The Answer sheet must be submitted via online portal in PDF only as per format available for download at the website. File name must be in this format: (Subject Code & Roll No. ABC123_00-FA-12345)
Mobile/cell phone users should read this page in landscape mode. (screen rotating)
The answer must be handwritten (A typed answer will not be accepted) & then converted to PDF for the upload not exceeding 15MB per file.
Paper must be solved conceptually, and any observations regarding copying/ cheating, the same will be cancelled and UFM case will be initiated against the student. Similarly if answers are matched then the paper will also be treated as cancelled.
The same question number should be written on answer book/sheet as on question paper.
The following information must be provided on each page:-
a) Student Name
b) Registration Number
c) Roll Number
d) Program
e) Name of Subject with code
f) Page number
Anyone failing to submit his/ her answer book/ sheet within specified time as per date sheet will be declared ABSENT and late submissions will not be accepted.
The student will upload their solved answer sheet at the CMS portal by filling the form carefully before uploading and must be rechecked also.
Submission of Answer sheets via e-mail will not be entertained in any case.
